2.- Why is WIMPEN entitled to perform data processing?

By granting their consent regarding the transfer of data in accordance with the preferences on the corresponding form, the user expressly agrees to their data being transferred to the hospitality companies CLUBOTEL LA DORADA, S.L.U.,  BAHÍA BLANCA LEISURE, S.L. and EXCEL HOTELS & RESORTS, S.A. The purpose of the assignment will be for said companies to send information and sales communications related to the hospitality sector that may be of interest to you by letter, telephone, email, SMS/MMS, or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication.

The User ensures that the personal data provided is truthful and is responsible for informing WIMPEN of any modifications to it. The User will, in any case, be responsible for the veracity of the data provided, reserving WIMPEN the right to exclude any User who has provided false data from the registered Services, without prejudice to the other actions that may proceed in law.

The personal data provided will be kept by WIMPEN as long as the User does not express their willingness to unsubscribe from WIMPEN, services and in order to receive information about the company’s services. Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User shall have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority which is located in the Member State in which they habitually live, work or where the alleged infringement took place, in the event they believe that their personal data is not being processed suitably or in line with the law, and if they are unable to exercise their rights. The supervisory authority where complaint was filed shall inform the claimant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.
